    I’m a nervous Nelly when it comes to taking things. I have heard about microdosing for a while now and really wanted these for my anxiety. I took one and felt great that day but nothing weird happened for me to test out if they helped my anxiety. Looking forward to trying again.

    should have ordered the 200mg capsules, i find that the 50mg is too low of a dose for me so I end up taking a few at a time.

    I wish I’d heard about these a long time ago because they have helped me a lot with my anxiety. I usually take them 2-3x a week and I feel more aware of my thoughts and can just observe them and let them go. I also feel more creative and “up” when I take them.
